30 Day Coloring (Jul17)

So my original plan of using the alcohol inked panel (done yesterday) on my alcohol inked art journal page does not work because they are of the same pattern and same color scheme.  Hence I went ahead and made another alcohol inked panel using the darker tones.  Then I die cut Poppystamps Marcelle Flower from it and add to my page.  I also added a heat embossed sentiment from the Simon Says Stamps Lovely Spring set.

Now you must have noticed that green ink, it dripped from the page behind (for the 13th).  I didn't put it there on purpose, but it's okay, the green makes the red looks more red!  LOL

Other challenges:

Supplies:

Simon Says Stamp Lovely Spring Clear Stamp Set
Ranger Tim Holtz alcohol inks (Water Melon, Sunset Orange, Sunshine Yellow, Lettuce, Stream,  Cranberry, and Eggplant)
Ranger Spun Sugar Distress Ink
Memento Tuxedo Black Ink
Clear Emobossing Powder

Thanks for checking out my blog.  See you again soon!

Altenew Academy Paper Crafting and Beyond Homework 3

Hello,

Welcome back to my blog.  I am sharing another homework I did for the Altenew Online Class Paper Crafting and Beyond.  The objective of this project is to make a mini book.  Our class instructor, Zinia, made a mini book filled with encouraging words for her friend.  My mini book serves another purpose, it is filled with flower seeds and it makes a great little gift for my gardening friends.  So let's get to it.

First the final product.

I had a lot of fun making this mini book.  I took some shots along the way, everything is pretty much self explanatory.  But if you do have any questions, just leave me a comment and I shall answer as best as I could.  :)  Here goes.

Supplies:

Elizabeth Craft Tags and More 3 - Leaves Cutting Die
Ranger Distress Ink (Picked Raspberry, Bundled Sage)
Versamark Watermark Ink Pad
Ranger Super Fine White Embossing Powder

Thanks for visiting.  I wish you a fabulous day!

2017 Fall Coffee Lovers' Bloghop project 3

I finally did it!!!  Yes I made a mini book (of recipes) using my Hero Arts Nesting Tea Cup Infinity Dies, and some treasured stamps.  And of course I used some Fall colors.

The word and clock is stamped in Walnut Stain and heat embossed with clear powder.  The leaves are stamped using various distress inks and I splattered some Twinkling H2O watercolor for some shines.

I am planning to fill it with simple recipes of cup cakes, muffins, and snacks to be served with tea.  :)

Get your Nesting Tea Cup dies and Produce and Seeds stamp set at a2z Scrapbooking Supplies Etsy store, use my code Cindy15 to get 15% off any purchases of $25 or more before shipping.  If there are items you can't find in the store, you could custom order it by clicking the Request Custom Order button on the left side bar.   There are lots of new things from the Hero Arts 2017 Winter Catalog too.   Proceeds from the a2z store benefit Celiac & Behcets disease foundations, and is operated by volunteers.
