Scrapbook Centrale Creative Team Project - Travel ATCs

 Hello,

I am sharing a set of ATCs today on the Creations Scrapbook Centrale FB group page.  Our challenge theme for November is Travel/Culture.

I combined several older Hero Arts sets with a couple of newer set from Elizabeth Craft Designs and Echo Park to create this post card look alike ATCs.

The background paper is from Simple Stories (Simple Vintage Great Escape).

Scrapbook Centrale Creative Team Project 2023-May-02

 Happy Tuesday everyone!

I am sharing a set of ATCs today on the Creations Scrapbook Centrale FB page today.  Our May challenge theme is Faces or Characters.

I used AALL & Create #871 for my set of ATCs titled "Love Canada".

For the background, I used a DIY stencil and create a landscape of mountain and lake.  In foreground I added hugging beavers and moose, and the main character.

It's my turn to post on Scrapbook Centrale Creative FB page today.  I am sharing a set of ATCs for the up-coming Galentines Day (Feb 13).

I stenciled the background with Spellbinders Advent Calendar 2022 Day 20's goodies and Stamperia Create Happiness Borders 2 stencil with distress inks.  Then simply Brass heat embossed the sentiment from Hero Arts Gal Pal Brunch clear stamp set.

Asian Inspired ATCs

 Hello,

My LSS hosts a challenge every month for it's patrons, and May's theme is World Cultures.  I drew inspirations from my Chinese heritage: tea, bamboo, rice paper, and seal stone.  I created a set of ATCs with matching envelopes.

The background of the ATC was stamped with paint.  I used brayer to apply paint on the cling stamps.  Tea pot and cups stamped in black on pattern paper, and shadow added with Copic markers.  I hand-written the greeting on the tag ("wish you well").

The envelope I created using rice paper, and stamped with distress ink.  The seal stone was used to stamp my Chinese name on the front of the envelope.

Galentine's ATCs

 Hello craft friends, hope you're all doing well!

I have been making some ATCs for an exchange, with  a group of artists who frequent my LSS.  And this is the latest set I've done.

 

I'd call it clean and layered.  The background panel is stamped with sentiment, then dry embossed with a stencil.  Champagne glass stamped in black, colored with alcohol markers, die cut, adhered, then embellished with a die cut bow.

By the way, I Googled the definition of Galentine (just in case you didn't know):

Galentine's Day, formed by a blend of gal and Valentine's Day, is a day in which women celebrate their female friendships. ... That's right: Galentine's Day—a day for women to celebrate their friendships with their lady friends. It's Valentine's Day with your gals.

Autumn ATCs

To all my craft friends and readers from the south of the border, Happy Thanksgiving!!

I've got a set of Autumn ATCs to share with you today.

 It was fun making these, I created by using a couple of Dina Wakley's acrylic paint sprays with water and Wendy Vecchi's mica spray.  After it completely dried, I die cut and stamp, and adhere to dark chocolate ATC size card stock.

Wild ATCs

Happy Saturday everyone,

I am sharing a set of ATCs today.  I have some left over bits and pieces from Simple Stories Vintage Great Escape paper pack, and I was inspired by the design team member of my local craft store (Scrapbook Centrale) to create ATCs.

I have the habit of assigning a purpose to my craft projects, and seldom create just for fun.  Well not this time, I created just for fun!!  And I am loving it.

I started off with a piece of multi media paper of which I stamped with an embossing folder.  Then I cut four ATC size panels from it.  Next I attached strips of book print and pattern paper with matte medium.  Next I stenciled each with a different paste (listed below with photo) using the same stencil.  After they're dried, I added hand cut images.

Oval Wreath

Hi welcome back:

Lately I have discovered that I like stamping wreath!!  Today I am sharing an ATC I stamped using a leaf stamp from the Hero Arts Delicate Leaf Clusters set, and heat emboss with gold.  Embellished with a few gems and gold embossed vellum sentiment banner.  Sentiment stamp Cloud9 Design.
