She Did
Hi everyone:
I have some free time today to play a personal scramble hosted by Linda W., a fellow Hero Arts Flickr group buddy of mine. See This Discussion for more details.
For today's card, I did an "ink smooshing" background with Broken China, Spun Sugar and Milled Lavender. After heat setting it, I used the cloud stencil from the SA050 set and add some clouds with same colours. Both plane and sentiment stamp with Tuxedo Black, and I've added some shine to the sentiment by tracing it using a clear gel pen.
And I am linking up these challenges:
CASology #157 - Wings
A Blog Name Hero - Make Sentiment the Star
ETA:
Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge - Anything Goes
Supplies:
Hero Arts Journal De Voyage (AC009)

Tropical floral
Hi there,
I was away last week and without internet, so it was a bit tough not able to stroll in blogland! :) So a lot of catching up to do this week and when I saw CASology's cue word "Tropical" I knew I want to play with my 15 year old Stampendous Hibiscus flower stamp! Cause nothing speaks tropical to me more than the sight of a Hibiscus flower!! It's an outline stamp, so perfect for me to play along Kathy's 30 Day Colouring Challenge. I also want to play for the Tag You're It! Challenge, and Virginia's View Challenge #13 - All Things Embossed.
Here's my card:
For this card I tried a new colouring method after I saw Jennifer's Coloring With Pigment Ink video on her blog. Oh yes I used my fingers to ink the flowers and then embossed with clear EP. All other stamped images are embossed with clear EP as well. This is a close up you could see the flower is covered with EP.

Birthday Tag
Hi,
The weather is still cold outside, and underneath that thick layer of snow and ice are the tulip bulbs I planted last Fall waiting patiently to sprout and bloom! And I can't wait to greet those lovely blooms! Okay okay, still quite some time before that happens, so I dug out a small flower stamp (which looks like tulip) to play with. I used Twiinkling H2O to paint them on a tag. Let's take a look:
Supplies:
Stamps:
Magenta (Blossoms & Branch CS-056)
Hero Arts (Many Birthday Messages CL611)
Ink:
Memento (Tuxedo Black)
LuminArte (Twinkling H20)
Cutting Die:
Elizabeth Craft (953 - Tags & More 3 - Leaves)
Other:
Sakura 3D Glaze pen (black)
Challenges:
Shop Our Stash #190 - Out of the Jar (I use my small jars of Twinkling H2O)
Tag You're It Challenge #15, inspiration project as followed:

New stamp & new technique
Hi, welcome back!!
I tried a new technique today, that is to use a stencil to create dry emboss effect and I am happy to report that it turned out pretty good. And I used a new stamp set (to me) that I've won from Barb G.'s blogversary giveaway last October.
Let's take a look of my card:
Supplies:
Stencil: Hero Arts Large Lotus Pattern
Stamps: Hero Arts - Studio Calico (Calico Borders)

Christmas Greetings
Hello my crafty friends:
One of my crafty pals I got to know on line via the Hero Arts Flickr group and I did a card exchange. I'd sent her this card, and you could see the beautiful one she sent me here on her blog watermarks. Is n't it lovely!?
Christmas is still one week away, but I don't think it's too early to send you a Christmas greeting right?! So I'd like to wish you all a wonderful Christmas and a joyful holiday season with this holiday card!
I kept it rather simple, hoping to achieve a CAS design. The cutting die is the Fancy Happy Holiday from Poppystamps (which I've won from their November new release blog blitz giveaway, thanks so much Poppystamps!).
On the background, I used the Speckles stencil from the Tim Holtz Collection, some homemade embossing paste, and EC's Silk Microfine Glitter (Cool Diamond) to create the illusion of falling snow.
The ornament is from the Hero Arts - Magic of Christmas clear stamp set. I stamped and coloured with Copics and add Candy Cane stickles.
And I would like to link it up to some challenges:
Poppystamps Challenge #3 - Sparkle and Shine.
Simon Says Winter Inspiration.
CASology #126 - Snow.
Shop Our Stash #181 - Red Alert, my stash item is the ornament stamp.
Die Cut Diva's December Challenge - Snow and Christmas/Holiday cards.
Thanks for stopping by! May you experience the magic of the season!! Hugs!
