Hello, hello!!
I am hosting the 162nd Hero Arts Flickr Group Scramble Challenge today. My challenge theme is: Create A Long Card.
Interested in playing along, there may be still time. Check this discussion thread for more details.

It's been a while since I last created a card within 90 minutes! Yikes. I was scrambling alright. I set my timer for 1 hr 15 min (for each card) and leave 30 minutes for photographing both.
This is how my craft desk looks like after I am done with my two cards!! LOL
Both my cards measure 4 by 8 inches. Here's the staged photos of them.
One must be fast when working with Alcohol Ink (at least that's how I feel). So I thought this is a good idea for my first project. I dropped a few different color alcohol ink onto a Yupo paper panel, then use stamps inked with Alcohol Lift ink to take away colors and leave ghost like images on the panel. I stamped off the colors into my journal creating a pretty page in it. The post marks are stamped in Jet Black Archival ink.
I also added press a sheet of Gold Rose foil over the panel before it was completely dried.
Supplies:
Hero Arts Stamp Your Own Plant Clear Stamp
Hero Arts Small Leaf Impressions Woodmount Stamp
Hero Arts Untitled Postmark Cling Stamp
Ranger Alcohol Ink (Cranberry, Lettuce, Sunshine Yellow, Sunset Orange)
Ranger Alcohol Blending Solution
Ranger Archival Ink (Jet Black)
Rose Gold Foil Sheet

For my second project I did a Christmas card. In order not to spend too much time creating it, I stayed with same color embossing powder throughout so I spend less time swapping out supplies.
Supplies:
Hero Arts Stunning Snowflakes Woodmount Stamp
Hero Arts Woodland Set By Lia
Hero Arts Frosty Wishes Clear Stamp
Hero Arts Coffee Cup Tags and Frame Cut
Silver Embossing Powder
Hero Arts Dye Ink (White)
Memento Dye Ink (Tuxedo Black)
Versamark Watermark Ink
Ranger Distress Ink (Crushed Olive, Broken China)
Primacolors Coloring Pencil
Hero Arts Purple Art Gem
Thanks for stopping by. I wish you a lovely day!

Gorgeous cards. And, your stamping area looks very much like mine but I think mine is even worse.
So pretty Cindy. I'm sorry I didn't get time to play along with the scramble.
Finished my chores and was off to comment on my blogging friends when I saw your Scramble post, Cindy. Thanks for the fun - glad I could play!! Just love both of your examples but that AI background is my fave
Love your alcohol ink card! It is amazing! Way cool "ghost" stamped leaves! ...and the happy Birthday postmark is great! Love how it is partly off the page. How wonderful to get started on Christmas cards now!! Your snowman card is adorable! Thanks for sharing your creative ideas! Hugs, Laura
Both great cards Cindy, but I love the bright colours in your yupo one, and such a great idea to stamp them off to make a background - smart lady! CarolG
I stopped using flickr, but I love that you scrambled again--and they are fab cards!
Great card, love the ribbon used for the scarf. Thanks for joining the A Blog Named Hero card challenge!
