Christmas Cards 2018-mar-26

Hi everyone,

I am back to share another card being added to my Christmas cards stash.  I am playing along the Muse: Christmas Visions Challenge 96.

This is the inspiration card:

And this is my take:

I gold heat embossed the Stunning Snowflakes by Hero Arts on a heavy weight white card stock, trimmed, and watercolored in an ombre fashion.  After it's dried, I die cut the window and adhere the panel to a fuschia color card base.  Then I gold heat embossed "joy" on white card stock and closely trimmed, and adhere to card.

Supplies:

Hero Arts Stunning Snowflakes Woodmount Stamp
Hero Arts Stamp and Cut Frame
Hero Arts Ribbon Letters by Lia Clear Stamp
Top Boss Clear Embossing Ink Pad
Gold embossing powder

Thanks for visiting.  I wish you a sweet day!

Muse: ChristmasVisions 76

Hey everybody,

We are into the third week of the new year, and I'd already missed my target of making a Christmas every week last week yikes!!  But... I made two this week, to make it up!  LOL

I am playing along Muse: ChristmasVision 76 today.  The Muse for January is Kimberly Wiener and here's the inspiration.

I followed Kimberly's card pretty closely.

And I made two cards using each half of the snowflake panel.  The penguins are stamped, clear heat embossed and watercolored.  I added some glossy accent on the mugs, but it's not showing well on the photo, I guess you'll just have to take my words for it!  :)

Supplies:

Hero Arts Wood Mount Stamp - Stunning Snowflakes
Inkadinkado Clear Stamp - Hot Chocolate Mini
Hero Arts Clear Stamp - Coffee Cup Tag
Memento Dye Ink - Tuxedo Black
watercolors
glossy accent

Thanks for stopping by, have a lovely day!
