I created this bright and colorful card by taking one of the images from Sugartree Stamps Farm House digi set and composed the citrus image, then colored with pencils.  Trimmed, and added a die cut tab and a computer generated sentiment.

2018 Fall/Winter Coffee Lovers Bloghop

It's cold outside, perfect to snuggle up with a cup of hot coffee or tea or cocoa, and craft of course!!

My team mates at a2z Scrapbooking Supplies created some coffee/tea/hot cocoa projects to inspire you to play along.  There are many wonderful Super Sponsors and a2z Scrapbooking is one of them.  Check the details on the Coffee Loving Cardmakers blog.

For my project, I used the To Go cup from the Sugartree Stamps Hug in a Mug digi stamp set.  I printed in both white and pattern card stock, trimmed our the corresponding parts and paper pieced it.  The weaved sleeve is painted with gold glimmer ink, the cap has a coat of Perfect Pearl solution.  The cup is then adhere on pattern paper background.  And I added some white faux stitches on the pattern paper panel.

Sugartree Stamps Release Bloghop & Giveaway

Welcome to my stop of the Sugartree Stamps Release Bloghop!  

Sugartree Stamps from a2z Scrapbooking is releasing three new digi stamps today.  If you've arrived from Arlene McClung you're at the right place.  If not you could start from the beginning at a2z Scrapbooking or if you got lost you can refer to the full hop list later in the post.

Now onto my card.  I used the mini Sweet Tea set.

I sized and printed the mason jar several times and colored using coloring pencils then hand cut.  For the background I die cut the Confetti background using a piece of coated paper (so there is some resist), and lay this die cut panel on top of white card stock like a stencil.  Then I sprayed generously using Passion Flower Ink Spray, lift the die cut and heat set the pattern.  To tone it down and to give it some visual dimension, I added a vellum over it.  Then I added the scallop panel on top and bottom (with stamped sentiment).  Lastly I adhered my mini teas.

2018 Spring + Summer Coffee Bloghop card 5

Hi,

For this fifth day of the 2018 Spring + Summer Coffee Lovers Bloghop, I did a CAS card. 

I used the Cup Stack from the Sugartree Stamps digital stamp set call Hug in a Mug.  I  sized it, printed and colored with Prismacolor coloring pencils.  I want to keep it clean so the colored cup stack directs our attention to the sentiment.
