Happy Thursday everybody!
Yesterday was the beginning of a new Simon Wednesday Challenge - No Stamps Allowed, and this theme is just too fun to pass up.
To make this card without using stamps, I pulled out my SSS Harvest Stencil, I tapped my Versamark Watermark Ink Pad all over it and place a watercolor panel on it, press really well so the ink transfer; then I white heat embossed it.
Then I wet the whole panel with water, and drop watercolors on it.
I spritz the panel with more water when it got dry.
Once the panel dried completely I added more watercolors in selected area to accentuate them.
Then I die cut it and glued to a white card base at an angle. And I added a 'hugs' die cut sent to me by my craft friend Lin, and embellished with a few sequins.
Challenges:
Supplies:
Holbein Artists' Watercolors
Little Things from Lucy's Cards Sequins (Fruit Sorbet, Cantaloupe)
Lastly I want to share a photo of the beautiful orchid plants that is currently blooming in my craft room.
Thanks for stopping by. Have a lovely day!!

what a great way to make a background using your stencil - beautiful card!!
Gorgeous card and I loved seeing your pretty orchids. I love orchids as well. I have seven plants blooming right now and can’t believe my good luck. Such a treat in February here in Chicago.
Love this one too Cindy, thanks for sharing.
Gorgeous. I love the colours you used and such a great design too.
Thank you for joining us at Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge.
