Hero Florals Peonies Birthday Wishes on a2z

Happy Monday everyone,

I am sharing a few projects today on the a2z Scrapbooking blog, and I hope they would cheer up this first day of the week for you.

First I've made a faux Chinese painting, using rice paper (also know as Mulberry Paper or Xuan paper).

Second I gold heat emboss on the same paper.  I was afraid that the paper won't hold up to the heat, but surprising it turned out nicely!

Last I made a place card (holder).  This time using 140 lb watercolor paper, and die cut using matching frame.

Hop over to a2z to check for more details and supply list and shopping code.  And check the backside of my place card holder over there.  You'll see it's easy to do.

I am linking up the last project to Die Cut Divas' July Challenge - Anything But a Card.

Thanks for visiting.  I wish you a lovely day!

What a fabulous idea to do your coloring on the rice paper (I still have some that you sent me so will have give this a try) - your little place card holder is darling!
