I've Been Thinking

I've been thinking to play a few challenges, however one thing lead to another, it was only a thought.  But I realized it today.  The layout comes from CAS(E) this Sketch, the color scheme from Altenew.

The flowering branch is gold heat embossed and then watercolored.  Then I scored the horizontal lines, then stamped the sentiment.  Lastly I added some shimmering speckles using Twinkling H2O watercolors.

CAS(E) this Sketch #235

Altenew August 2017 Inspiration Challenge

HLS August Watercolor Challenge - Anything Goes with optional twist Bloom

Supplies [elements and/or ink used in square brackets]:

Altenew Clear Stamp - Under The Cherry Blossom Tree [flower branch, sentiment]
watercolors [flower branch]
Twinkling H2O watercolors [the speckles]
Ranger Distress Ink - Chipped Sapphire [sentiment]

Thanks for visiting.  Have a very lovely day!

Love how you have used the sketch, the vine of flowers is perfect for it. The subtle splattering and sentiment inside the scored lines is a perfect touch too. Thanks so much for sharing and joining in on the Uniko Challenge. Hugs Bev x
