Color Layering Butterfly on vellum

Hi,

Have you seen the yummy stamp and ink combo sets in the Hero Arts 2016 Color Layering Catalog?!  Do you have a favorite or favorites?  I have too many to list....LOL

I have the Color Layering Butterfly set, and it is a set I reach for often.  Today I played along A Blog Named Hero's June Challenge - Vellum.

I have safe kept this sheet of pretty pattern vellum for too long, so.....

... I trimmed a panel out, colored the flower with Copic markers (on the underside), add stitching, heat embossed a sentiment, adhere to white card base, and added a color layered butterfly (stamped with distressed ink on plain white vellum).  Also use a white gel pen to add dots on the flower.
