Yesterday I thought I would start over and redo my potted flower since I made a "boo boo", forgot to mask one the leaf before stamping the pot. But after looking at Kathy's beautiful bouquet earlier, I've decided to continue with it, I will make the pot a glass pot! Right? Why didn't I think of that?! :D
Anyway, here's it is. Haven't decide what sentiment to use, so I'll leave it until I need it. Most likely a birthday!!
I hand draw some stems and stamp some leaves and pebbles inside the
I will link up to Kathy Racoosin's 2nd 30 Day Colour Challenge.
Now I'd like to share a little tip. This is useful especially for the small stamps, After I finished using the pieces for masking, I keep them in an envelope, you know those 3 5/8 by 6 inch envelope that requires extra postage because they are not the "standard" size, they are perfect for this purpose. I label the envelope with the stamp set name and keep it with my stamp set. So the next time I need it for masking I don't have to cut new ones and they are right there with my stamps.

Beautiful card! Love the table surface it is on!
Great save by making the bowl out of glass! It really had the look of water and I love the pebbles at the bottom! Thanks for the masking tip too!
Interesting cards. I haven't seen the ombre inks. I think I will have to do a search for them. Keep smiling and creating.
Cindy, what a darling card!
This is such a beautiful card, Cindy! I love how you created your scene with your paper piecing and your flowers and leaves are lovely! Thanks for the tips on masking :)
