How about a floral garland to cheer you up on this "hump day"?!
I stenciled the background with Altenew Doily Frame Stencil in Shabby Shutter. The pretty flower garland is made up of images form the Rachel Vass Design Special To Me Digi Stamp set. You can check out her new release here.
The flowers are colored with watercolor pencils and hand cut. In the flower center I added dots with a black glaze pen. With reflection of the light, these dots appears to be white in the photo. But you could imagine the dimension and the shine, right? :D
