I am playing along CAS(E) this Sketch challenge #171 today. I really like the sketch:
Here's my take. I followed the sketch quite closely.
I've used the Hero Arts So Sorry Stamp and Cut and the flower from the My Montly Hero Kit April for my card. First I took the large heart cutting die and created a mask. Then I masked off an area on the card, stencil with BG: Flag Pattern using Peeled Paint and Crushed Olive. Next I added speckles with purple watercolour washes. Next I stamped the string of hearts and sentiment from the So Sorry Stamp and Cut set with Hero Arts Ombre Ink (Light to Grape Purple), And finally added the watercolour flower and embellished with purple gem.
Here's a close up.
I am also linking up to Simon Says: Stencil It Challenge.

You know the So Sorry Stamp and Cut is really versatile, you could definitely use it for sympathy cards, but it's also for friendship, baby, Mother's Day, wedding and anniversaries. There are three sizes of heart shape die cut, and smaller hearts images perfect for many occasions. It's available at a2z Scrapbooking Supplies, and you could use my code Cindy15 when you go shopping to get 15% off any purchases $25 or over (shipping excluded).
