Christmas card

Hello there, mid week already!!  Are you enjoying your week?

If you are looking for my 100th Post Celebration giveaway, click Here.

I am seriously late on making my Christmas cards this season, web served too much!!  :P

Got one card done today.  Speckled texture background using embossing pasted mixed with Pearl acrylic paint, inked poinsettia with distress and dye ink and heat embossed greetings.  Simple enough.  Let's take a look:

I think I was a little heavy handed when adding the Wink of Stella onto my flower, it's so glittery that it becomes fuzzy in the photo.  I promise you it looks much better in real life.  Here's another shot:

Impression Obsession (G6278 - Poinsettia)
Stampers Anonymous Speckles Layering Stencil (THS021)
Hero Arts Winter Cheer Cutting Set by Lia (DC168)
Ranger Distress Ink (Barn Door, Ripe Persimmon)
Hero Arts Mid-Tone Shadow Ink (Royal Red)
Memento Dye Ink (Tuxedo Black)
Wink of Stella (Clear)
White embossing powder
Clear embossing ink
Doodlebug Mini Pearl

Thanks for stopping by.  I wish you a lovely day!!

So much gorgeous texture with your snowy background and I love how you blended your inks on the Poinsettia! Perfect amount of sparkle, too! Another stunning card, Cindy!
