Hello my crafty friends,
Did you have nice weather in the weekend? It was warm and sunny yesterday, so I went outside to work in my yard. The Lilies of the Valley is blooming now, oh that fragrance is intoxicating!!! But I can't enjoy completely since I have really bad allergy symptoms since the beginning of Spring! :( It's raining today, perfect for stamping and rest my aching back.
This is what I made:
The large flowers in the background are stamped with Broken China and heat embossed with clear EP. The small leaf and flowers on both foreground and die cut are stamped with Broken China and heat embossed with Pearl Blue EP. Sentiment is stamped with Chipped Sapphire and heat embossed with clear EP. After I adhere the die cut piece on the card base, I place the cutting die on top and use it as a guide to add the white dots using white gel pen.
I would enter into these challenges:

This is such a sophisticated design! I must say everything looks GREAT with Navy Blue, isn't it? That background is so beautiful, Cindy! I am taking allergy med every day ...yeah not fun, it's fact of my life now. At least I still get to smell the grass and enjoy roses ( if any).
Love the texture from the embossing and the different shades of blue with the crisp white.
Love the subtle beauty of the background! Hope your back is well rested, since back pain is never fun.
Hugs, Monica
It's nice to meet you too! :-)
What a beauty, Cindy! Love the rich colors!
Such an elegant card! Love the pattern you've created. Thank you so much for joining us at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge. Hugs, Sandra
Love the clear sparkle embossing! Really helps the background pop, and those little dots around the sentiment are the perfect finishing touch! Sorry to hear about your allergies - my siblings have them too, and they're already experiencing a tough summer.
